WHY MELANIN-RICH SKIN?
This isn't an afterthought in my practice.
As a person of color I know that people with melanin-rich skin have too often had to navigate skincare advice that wasn't created with our skin in mind. That can mean misinformation, unnecessary fear around treatments, and years of trying products that were never a good fit. My practice is built to do better. I prioritize people of color in the way I approach skincare, while welcoming all skin types. My goal is to help you understand your skin and make decisions that actually move you toward healthier skin.

You’ll receive a recommended facial starting point, home-care direction, and an idea of what your treatment roadmap could look like. I’ll still assess your skin in person and adjust the plan if needed. Your skin will always tell me more than a questionnaire can.

Everyone is welcome. I specialize in melanin-rich skin, but I work with all skin tones, backgrounds, and gender identities.
My Brazilian services are currently designed for individuals with female anatomy.

Yes. It is a major focus of my practice and something I continue to build my education around. With melanin-rich skin, I pay particular attention to inflammation, barrier health, hyperpigmentation, and how aggressively we introduce corrective treatments. My goal isn’t to be afraid of treating your skin. It’s to know when to push it and when not to.

If you want a simple place to start, book the Classic Beauty Facial. If you want more guidance first, take the Where Should I Start? assessment. It will recommend a starting facial and give you an idea of what your skincare roadmap could look like.

No. Your assessment result gives us a starting point, but I’ll still look at your skin in person. I may customize the treatment or recommend a different direction based on what your skin needs that day.

Advanced treatments and chemical peels usually require a standard facial first. I need to assess your barrier, current routine, and how your skin responds before moving into stronger correction.

Yes. I carry professional grade retail products in studio because homecare is a huge part of getting real results. I work with Circadia and GlyMed+ for skincare and Sweet & True Botanicals for post-wax aftercare. I also carry authentic African net sponges for body exfoliation. I'll never push you to buy anything but I will tell you honestly what I think your skin needs and why.
