BODY SERVICES + WAXING
Skin care does not stop at your jawline.
From underarm pigmentation and back congestion to post-wax care, body treatments are designed around the same idea as my facials: treat the actual concern, protect the barrier, and stop pretending the skin on your body somehow needs less thought.
THE APPROACH
Corrective, Calming, & Customized
Body skin can deal with acne, ingrowns, hyperpigmentation, texture, dryness and inflammation just like facial skin. I treat those concerns with professional exfoliation, masks, targeted serums and home-care support.
Hyperpigmentation: targeted brightening and controlled exfoliation for discoloration caused by irritation, shaving or ingrowns.
Congestion + acne: customized cleansing, enzymes, extractions when appropriate, and calming support.
Post-wax skin: soothing, hydrating and ingrown-focused care once the skin is ready.
Firming + texture: body treatments can also focus on elasticity, smoothness and overall skin quality.4. PEEL WHEN YOUR SKIN IS READY.
The calendar does not decide. Your skin does.

WAXING
Waxing is not just about removing hair. The wax itself, the number of passes, how the skin is prepared, and what happens afterward can all affect irritation, ingrowns and post-inflammatory pigmentation. I choose my waxing products around that reality.
WHAT I USE
Mermaid Wax Signature Series
I use Mermaid Wax for Brazilian and body waxing because its flexible texture gives me the grip I need without relying on repeated passes over the same area. Fewer unnecessary passes can mean less irritation and less avoidable trauma to the skin.
POST-WAX SKIN SUPPORT
Sweet & True Botanicals
I use Sweet & True products because the appointment does not end when the hair is gone. Post-wax redness, ingrowns and discoloration are skin concerns, and I want the finishing products and optional bikini treatments to support the skin afterward rather than treating aftercare like an afterthought.
BRAZILIAN WAXINGSame wax. Different levels of skin support.
Every Brazilian includes professional cleansing, preparation, hair removal with Mermaid Wax, and post-wax care. The difference between each option is how much soothing or corrective treatment your skin receives afterward.
Brazilian
Skin is cleansed and prepared, hair is removed with Mermaid Wax, and the service is finished with Sweet & True Smoothing Serum and aftercare mist.
BEST FOR
Returning clients • skin that generally tolerates waxing well • clients who primarily want hair removal
Soothing Brazilian
Everything in the Brazilian, plus the Sweet & True Whipped Soothing Bikini Mask to calm post-wax redness and support the skin after hair removal.
For melanin-rich skin, controlling unnecessary inflammation matters because repeated irritation can contribute to lingering dark marks over time.
BEST FOR
First-time wax clients • sensitive or reactive skin • redness-prone skin • melanin-rich skin • clients concerned about post-wax dark marks
Corrective Brazilian
Everything in the Brazilian, plus the Sweet & True Snatched Exfoliating Bikini Treatment. This is the more correction-focused option for clients dealing with recurring ingrowns, uneven texture or discoloration in the bikini area.
BEST FOR
Ingrown prevention • hyperpigmentation • uneven texture • clients already focused on correcting the skin between waxes
Premium Brazilian
The corrective and soothing approaches together. The Snatched Exfoliating Bikini Treatment addresses congestion, texture and discoloration, followed by the Whipped Soothing Bikini Mask to calm and support the skin afterward.
BEST FOR
Clients managing multiple concerns at once • correction plus soothing • clients building a longer-term bikini-area skin plan
SETTING REAL EXPECTATIONS
Smooth skin is a process
Body pigmentation, ingrowns and acne often develop over time. Professional treatments can make meaningful changes, but consistency and home care matter just as much as the appointment itself.
Ingrowns can improve.
Exfoliation, clearing support and proper hair-removal aftercare can help reduce the cycle, but one service does not permanently prevent every ingrown.
Pigmentation takes time.
Especially with melanin-rich skin, I would rather correct discoloration gradually than create more inflammation trying to rush it.
Body acne gets customized.
Back treatments can be adjusted with acne-, pigmentation-, hydration- or sensitivity-focused products based on what the skin needs.
Sometimes we delay treatment.
Open skin, compromised barriers, recent active use or other contraindications may mean we change the plan.
