This is not a diagnosis or a full consultation. It is a short assessment that looks at what you want to improve, how your skin feels, and whether your barrier needs attention before you start correcting anything else. Skincare Simplified is for the person who wants help with their skin, but may not be able to come to me for regular services, may only have room in their budget for home care, or simply wants to understand what they are using before buying more of it.
I break down common skin concerns, explain what may be contributing to them, and show you how to build a realistic routine around the issue you are trying to address.
