01 Tiered At-Home Skincare Prescription
A structured product plan organized by priority so you can start where your budget allows and build from there. Every product is chosen specifically for your skin type, concerns, and any allergies or contraindications. Includes application instructions, frequency, and the why behind every recommendation so you actually understand what you are putting on your face and why it matters.
02 Personalized Facial Roadmap
A treatment plan that maps out which facials you need, in what order, and at what frequency to reach your specific goals. Not a general suggestion. A structured series designed around your skin's starting point and where we are trying to get it. Each session builds on the last.
03 Week by Week Timeline
A clear breakdown of what happens when. When to start products. When to come in for your first facial. When to expect to see real change. No guessing about what comes next.
04 Follow Up Check In
After your first facial and once you have started your homecare routine, I check in directly to see how your skin is responding. We adjust if we need to. This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time appointment.

From booking to your plan
01 Book your consultation
Click the button below to request your appointment. You will receive a payment link and intake paperwork shortly after booking.
02 Complete your paperwork and submit your skin photos
All forms and photos must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. If they are not received by the deadline, your appointment may be automatically canceled and your fee forfeited. I take this seriously because I need time to actually review your skin and prepare your plan before we get on the call.
03 Complete your payment
I do not begin working on your personalized plan until payment is completed. Your $20 consultation fee is non-refundable but is applied as a credit toward any future service or in-office retail purchase through Ethereal Beauty Esthetics as long as you attend your scheduled appointment.
04 We meet live over Zoom
You will receive your Zoom link via text before your appointment. It is your responsibility to join on time. We go through your skin, your concerns, and your goals together.
05 You receive your personalized plan
Your tiered skincare prescription, facial roadmap, and week by week timeline are sent to you after our session. This is your blueprint. We build from here.
Here is how it works.
The $20 consultation fee is non-refundable. It may be applied as a credit toward services or retail within 90 days of your consultation date, only if you attend your scheduled appointment. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be used at the Circadia storefront. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the fee entirely.
