HOW I WORK: Skincare first.
What you do at home matters more than what happens on my table. A facial without a real routine at home will not show results.
So I lead with your skin at home, then we build the in-room treatments around it. The two together are where the change happens. I write every client a personal skin care road map. It lays out the exact routine your skin needs, organized into tiers so we can work with Your BeautyBudget.
Well start with The Essentials and work up. If The Essentials are all your budget allows right now, that is completely fine. You will still see change. The IdealRoutine gets you there quicker, but I would rather you start where you can and stay consistent than blow your budget once and disappear.
Good skincare should not only be for people with money to burn. I keep it as accessible as I can, because everybody deserves to feel good in their skin.
THE FACIALS
Three levels, and everybody starts in the same place.
Standard Facials (Walk-In Safe)
All of the facials that you see on my booking page are standard walk-in safe facials that means that anyone can book them and as long as the integrity of your skin is healthy and not compromised, you are safe to move forward with just about any facial. If we need to repair your skin barrier we will start there.

Advanced Facials
These are stronger more intensive exfoliating facials that are designed to be more results driven for skin care concerns that tend to be more stubborn. As mentioned before these all our prioritize with melon and rich skin in mind and ensure that we are making sure your skin health is thirst priority.
Because these are advanced services, they're not available on my booking page. I require every client who receives advanced facials to start with at least a standard facial as well as in at home skin care routine.
Depending on what you are looking to treat will determine whether or not an advanced facial is right for you. But making sure the integrity of your skin is solid is my first priority.

Chemical Peels
Sometimes to see real change in the skin, we need to go deeper chemical peels are a safe and effective form of deep chemical exfoliation and I again prioritize me and rich skin when it comes to these advanced treatments. I wanna make sure that your skins integrity is my first priority and depend depending on the time of year you're at home skin care, and the current state of your skin will determine whether or not we can move forward with a chemical peel because of this I require not only a standard facial, but likely in advanced facial, as well as a very thoroughly built out home care routine to make sure that we are getting the results you are looking for.

THE FACIALS

Sometimes real change means going deeper. Chemical peels are a safe and effective form of deep chemical exfoliation, and just like my advanced facials, they are done with melanin-rich skin as the priority.
Your skin's integrity comes first, always. The time of year, your at-home skincare, and the current state of your skin all decide whether we can move forward with a peel. So for these I require not just a standard facial, but likely an advanced facial too, plus a thoroughly built out home care routine, so we actually get the results you are looking for.

BODY AND MORE
Skin conditions that are not just limited to the face if you're dealing with any skin concerns that manifest not only on your base but on the rest of your body, I want to help with that. This is why I offer treatments like waxing and body treatments. I also recommend at home skin care pour your body that will includes targeted skin care that will help improve whatever concerns you're looking to treat .
I'm very intentional about the waxing products that I use when it comes to the actual wax itself as well as the aftercare poster service, which is why I use mermaid wax, which is a premium and gentle hypoallergenic wax I use and it's safe for sensitive skin and is truly the best hard wax you can find.
As for aftercare, I use sweet and true products to ensure that your skin is calm and healthy post wax prevention is key. My goal is to make sure that your skin post wax is not irritated, inflamed or going to cause any sort of a reaction or I don't know whate.. when it comes to actual body treatment services themselves. This can look similar to the facials that you receive on your face, but anywhere on your body that needs that attention.

Brow Sculpting starts with mapping and a wax, shaped to your face and what you actually want. From there, add lamination, add a tint, or add both.
Lash Lift opens your eyes right up using your own lashes. No extensions, nothing to keep up with. Add a tint and you can toss the mascara.

Yes. I carry professional grade retail products in studio because homecare is a huge part of getting real results. I work with Circadia and GlyMed+ for skincare and Sweet & True Botanicals for post-wax aftercare. I also carry authentic African net sponges for body exfoliation. I'll never push you to buy anything but I will tell you honestly what I think your skin needs and why.

'm located inside Lofty Lash Studio at 8148 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa, CA 91942. La Mesa is just east of San Diego, about 10 minutes from downtown. Street parking is available and the studio is easy to find.

Yes, genuinely. It's not a marketing line. Melanin-rich skin responds differently to treatment and most esthetic education doesn't cover it properly. I made it a point to learn it, specialize in it, and build my entire approach around it. If you've had estheticians work on your skin before who didn't understand how it behaves, that changes here.
