To secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. This deposit is a commitment to your time with me and will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen service. This policy helps me maintain availability for each client, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care every time.
	•	24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.
	•	Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
	•	No-Shows: If an appointment is missed without notice, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
	•	Deposits: All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your service. This deposit is forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show.
